Refund policy

 

Our biggest priority is that you and your LYTL’s love your new toys.  If you are not completely satisfied with your new purchase, our goal is to make that right!

We are happy to accept your returns but only in exchange for another item or for store credit for any further purchases.  However, as long as the return is made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Refund of store credit will be processed on our end betweeen 1-5 business days after the items have been received.  

 

To be eligible for a return, your toy must meet the following criteria:

  1. In the same condition that you received it.
  2. All products much be in their original packaging.
  3. Your return must be submitted via our returns customer care by sending us an email at contact@lytl.org.  You will receive a prepaid shipping slip to attach to your item.  Please drop off your parcel in a timely manner.  Anything sent over 30 days will not be honored as an exchange or store credit.

 

If your toy is shipped back to us after 30 days, you will NOT be eligible for a return. Return labels are active for 30 days, after which they will expire.

 

If your toys come damaged or missing parts, please email us at contact@lytl.org  with a picture letting us know what is wrong, and we would be happy to fix the problem!  Our biggest desire is to have happy customers, and we would love to make it right.
