Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. After your order has shipped please wait 1 to 6 business days for your order to be delivered. If there any any delays after the order is shipped due to inclement weather, holidays, or high volume of orders or postal service problems that are out of our control. We are not responsible, but please send us over any questions at contact@lytl.org and we will do our best to track down your order.

International Shipping
We currently do NOT offer international shipping to the any countries other than the USA.
Status
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@lytl.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
